H Pipera Lake is a 1,350+ units project, on the shores of Pipera Lake, within a 5-minute drive from Barbu Vacarescu - Floreasca offices pole area. The 17 UG+GF+6F+7R residential buildings, totaling more than 123,000 sqm GBA, are being built in 3 construction phases. The 1st phase of 5 buildings and 390 units was completed and sold. The 2nd phase will have 7 buildings and ~550 units, and the 3rd phase will have 5 buildings and another ~400 units.

Situated in Stefanestii de Jos, Ilfov county, Cosmopolis is an urban community of more than 14,000 inhabitants in over 5,000 residential units, including a 4,500 sqm strip mall, 43 outdoor swimming pools, football and tennis courts, parks and playgrounds, medical services, and private beaches on the nearby natural lake. The total investment has reached ~EUR 380 million in 15 years and the expansion plans continue until 2033, when the community is estimated to reach 30,000 inhabitants.

Art City is the residential centerpiece of a new neighborhood, located on Petrolistilor Blvd., anchored as a remarkable architectural complement to OMV Petrom headquarters. Within 10 to 15 minutes of all northern area business hubs and social activities, the area is connected via wide roads and ample infrastructure with easy traffic, bike paths, and pedestrian walkways. The development has 141 units, a height regime of UG+GF+7F (A building) and UG+GF+9F (B building), 180 parking spaces, 500 sqm of ground floor retail, and a rooftop community garden and playground.

Avrig Park Residence is a 51,000 sqm GBA, 357 apartment compound on Avrig Street, built in two phases: building A with a height regime of 5UG+GF+10F and 122 units; and building B with a height regime of 3UG+GF+10F and 235 units, plus ~1,000 sqm of commercial space and 407 parking lots, near Bucur Obor Square and District 2 City Hall, a EUR 30 million investment. The first phase of 122 units has been built, sold, and currently under delivery process.

First Estates is located in Pipera, within close proximity to office campuses like Global City Business Park, Swan Office Park, North Gate and the retail center Pipera Plaza. The project consists of 464 apartments in 4 buildings, divided into two phases of 232 units each, with 500 parking lots, over and underground.

The Infinity Nord project is located near OMV Petrom headquarters, on Sos. Straulesti 69-71 and is designed & developed primarily by Redport Capital and its partners. The first phase of Infinity Nord - U+GF+7F - will be developed by Domus Red Unu SRL and will consist of ~270 units, ~350 parking lots (under and over-ground) and 3500 sqm of retail space, on a land lot of 10,055 sqm and totaling ~25,000 sqm GBA. 

Arbo Residence is located near Mogosoaia forest, a 20 minutes drive from Piata Victoriei and is being developed by a partnership between Concelex SRL and Constructii Erbasu SA. The project has built the first phase of 312 apartments, and is now in the delivery process. The next phases will add up to a total of ~1,000 apartments and 100,000 GBA.

Is located at 2i, Jandarmeriei street, Bucharest, district 1, in the vicinity of Stejarii Residential Club, Baneasa Shopping City, US Embassy and Anna de Noailles French School. The developer is Premier Development JD2, an SPV of a reputable developer with a long track history of successful projects - Premium North Lane, Premium Regie, Virgil Madgearu 22, Danielopolu 34 or Cotrus 59. The project consists of 110 luxury 2, 3, 4, and 5-room apartments, between 80-160 built sqm, premium, surrounded by forest.
